These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Stevie Elphick website. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Unless otherwise stated, all artworks offered for sale are original, one-of-one works created by Stevie Elphick. Due to the handmade nature of original artwork, minor variations and characteristics of the materials and surface are considered part of the artwork and are not defects.

Every effort is made to photograph and represent artwork accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen and device settings. Please review all photographs, dimensions and product information carefully before purchasing.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared for shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

SHIPPING

Shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

Original artworks are shipped from Mexico City, Mexico. Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold unframed and are carefully removed from their stretcher bars, rolled and packaged for shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the original and one-of-one nature of each artwork, all purchases are considered final sale and we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyright, reproduction rights and other intellectual property rights in the artwork remain with Stevie Elphick unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Artwork, photographs and other content displayed on this website may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

RESALE & REPRODUCTION

Purchasing an original artwork does not grant permission to reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, prints, digital products or other commercial use.

We aim to keep all information on this website accurate and current. Occasionally, information relating to availability, pricing, descriptions or other details may contain an error. Where permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to correct such errors and update information as necessary.
